COGNITIVE BEHAVORIALTHERAPY (CBT)

Cognitive Behavorial Therapy is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.

CBT works for depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, eating disorder, anger, stress and other various conditions.
CBT is problem focused and action oriented.

DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORTHERAPY (DBT)

DBT is an evidence based therapy like CBT, however specially developed for people who feel emotions very intensely. DBT is variously used for borderline personality disorder, suicidal behaviors, self-harm and out of control emotions.

DBT focuses on acceptance of situations, change oriented strategies, distress tolerance, emotions regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM THERAPY (EFT)

EFT is a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology, now known as Energy Psychology.
Developed first in 1970s and refined over the time by many practitioners.

Tapping is an easy self-care strategy that can be used for any physical/bodily or emotion distress, anywhere anytime. Professional assistance in guiding tapping is helpful and is provided by Fikrafya.

EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSIG - EMDR THERAPY

EMDR is a structured therapy that encourages the patient to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral simulation.

Ongoing research supports positive clinical outcomes showing EMDR therapy as helpful treatment for disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, addictions, vividness and other distressing life experiences.

ART THERAPY

Art Therapy started in 1940s and 1950s in the field of mental health, mainly in England and the United States of America. Now, it is used with people among medical conditions, in the social services and in schools.
